Individual-unit problems

Generally, RHN doesn't have an obligation to perform interior or in-unit services. It is the unit owner's responsibility, at his/her own expense, to maintain, repair, etc., the following:

  • Any and all equipment
  • Bathtub/shower
  • Dishwasher
  • Glass portion of windows and window screens
  • Heating and air conditioning equipment that services one unit
  • Interior walls
  • Kitchen cabinets and countertops
  • Light fixtures
  • Range
  • Refrigerators
  • Sinks
  • Smoke Detectors
  • Toilet
  • Disposal
  • Electrical outlets and lines
  • Fixtures
  • Flooring and carpets
  • Freezer
