Individual-unit problems
Generally, RHN doesn't have an obligation to perform interior or in-unit services. It is the unit owner's responsibility, at his/her own expense, to maintain, repair, etc., the following:

- Bathtub/shower
- Dishwasher
- Glass portion of windows and window screens
- Heating and air conditioning equipment that services one unit
- Interior walls
- Kitchen cabinets and countertops
- Light fixtures
- Range
- Refrigerators
- Sinks
- Smoke Detectors
- Toilet
- Disposal
- Electrical outlets and lines
- Fixtures
- Flooring and carpets
- Freezer
